Please note that we print all orders on-demand; there is typically a 1-5 day window in which the items you order are being printed and prepared for shipment. All printed products are fulfilled by Printful. Please see Prinful policy here.

Please note that there is typically a 1-5 day window in which the items you order are being prepared for shipment, as original art requires careful, professional packing. Your order will shipped consistently or according to your choice of shipping method when placing the order.​​​

Custom Orders/Large Works
Items requiring custom crating may take longer; we'll update you if delays occur.

Carriers
Our items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or specialized fine art handlers, depending on size and destination.
Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, destination, and chosen speed.
When free shipping applies to some items, those items will ship for free.

Local Delivery:
Free for deliveries within 10 miles; a small per-mile fee applies thereafter.

Commission
For the commission to be delivered locally, the shipping costs are free within a certain distance or are calculated according to the close of the commission.
Risk of Loss
Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased on our Site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier or to you.

Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we may, in our sole discretion and at no extra cost to you, substitute another item for the out-of-stock item if we, in our sole discretion, determines that the identical brand and product is available in a form that is of equal or greater value, for example, larger quantity, packaged with a trial sample, or with updated product packaging.
Same Day Delivery
For Same Day Delivery on vmartdesign.com, the order may be delivered by a fulfillment service, such as an Instacart last mile delivery driver. Accordingly, these Same Day Delivery orders on Vmart Design are subject to Instacart’s terms and conditions available here: https://www.instacart.com/terms.There may be additional fees associated with Same Day Delivery, which, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to confirming your order.

Customs Duty Fee
A customs duty fee may be applied when you receive your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot reimburse you for this expense. Buyers are responsible for any country-specific duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Conversion Rates
We are not responsible for any conversion rates charged by your credit card company, PayPal, or any other payment company.

Invoices and Payments
As stated in our terms of service, We operate under VMArt Design, LLC. Invoices, payments, and overall transactions will reflect this branding. Our goal is to make exchanges and refunds as easy as possible for you. Please contact us here to let us know what's going on and we'll figure out the best and most timely way to get everything resolved for you. ​

Packaging & Insurance
Each piece is professionally packed with acid-free materials, bubble wrap, corner protectors, tubes, or sturdy boxes to ensure safe arrival. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
Provide a secure address. We are not liable for lost packages after confirmed delivery.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
Our acknowledgement of an order means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, if the item is no longer available, or if we determine that there were inaccuracies in our product information, we may cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation via email​
